It's impossible. There're so many languages. How do we translate all of them into English?

Octopress transliterate Russian into English automatically. It's possible. For cyrillic though.

I think this feature can be implemented as a plugin, or the dependencies of core modules will be huge.

What will happen if I own files like 你好，世界.md and Hello, world.md (after tansliterating, they are the same) ?
