Ensure changes from MATS and XTS are updated in MQ workflow
The MQ workflow has been merged to main for some time but we are on hold for some other features to go in first. We need to review the MQ workflow and ensure all appropriate checks are run in the appropriate spots:
- Standard PR checks cover some set of MATS
- MQ workflow covers the remaining set of MATS
- MQPT 3 hour mini run works as expected
- XTS run input fields are the same as expected
