@andrewb1269 Does the self-hosted runner start the gRPC proxy/service that is expected to listen on port 9998, or was that previously provided implicitly by the GitHub-hosted runner setup?

@Ndacyayisenga-droid that's a good question and I'm not sure. I need to investigate further before this PR should merge to the mainline. |
