New frontend: accept coordinates + zoom as a URL param for quick loading to a bbox

• The old frontend had this:
  • https://map.openaerialmap.org/#/115.59411048889159,-8.424489081027225,13?_k=tgf299
  • Where 115.59411048889159,-8.424489081027225,13 is the coordinate and zoom, updated on pan.
  • It actually saves for when you come back next session, you load to the same map bbox + zoom.
• On the new frontend it would be useful to replicate this behaviour, in stac-map or whatever tool we use.
• Useful for external tools linking to OAM, to load to a specific BBOX containing the imagery they need.
