Tutorial to Run the Fujiwara Testnet on Bare Metal

The tutorial to run Iroha 2 on bare metal already exists; however, it is not suitable for the SORA v3 testnet. Additionally, there is missing information, and the features do not appear to be up to date.

• We need a tutorial that can cover Fujiwara, OR an update to the existing bare metal tutorial for users to run the testnet.
• This can be published on the Iroha 2 docs and subsequently linked to the SORA wiki tutorial for the Fujiwara testnet.
• We need this documentation as soon as possible.
