Delete photos from all photos except album(s)

Summary

A way to delete(move) "All Photos" except one or more albums.

Context

I have a few folder(s) which I do not want to delete meanwhile I want to delete the rest of "All Photos".
Let's say I have a folder "Vacation", now I want to download "All Photos" meanwhile delete them while keeping the photos intact in "Vacation" album.

One way I was thinking of doing the same was downloading "All Photos" and download "Vacation" in seperate folders and then run fdupes to deduplicate "Vacation" from "All Photos". Now I need to be able to delete photos that are present in the local "All Photos" folder, but currently I do not see this possible.

Photos in the albums are also present in special All Photos album, so it is not possible to do what you are asking (delete all from All Photos while leaving albums). However, functionality close to what you are asking is discussed in #1046
