We have observed a recurring pattern emerging in PSA, Arm CCA, and now EAR - see: veraison/rust-ear#16, of using the EAT profile as a baseline and extending it.
The "extensibility" section should describe the mechanics in terms of deltas over the baseline profile, including suggesting a scheme for how to mint the corresponding new profile identifier in terms of the baseline.
E.g.: for a "CoCo 1.0.0" EAR, the associated EAT profile could be constructed using the fragment identifier as in "tag:github.com,2023:veraison/ear#coco-1.0.0".
