Cannot follow from friendica

For the last 5 days I've not received any updates from the groups I follow.
I can see the group and the posts that were found before, but nothing newer then Feb. 18th.

I've tried re-following them, it gives this error :

The profile address specified does not provide adequate information.
No compatible communication protocols or feeds were discovered.

The group I used as an example received 100+ posts per day, it is very active.
I have not updated my instance recently to explain why it doesn't work all of a sudden on my side.
