@freearhey It (playlist:validate) only seems to check for duplicates in one playlist and not between playlists. Eg: I tested by adding some urls from at_pluto to ch_pluto and got flagged. There could probably be a check for duplicates until .m3u8, since there can be variable parameters if any which probably will be unique.

It should not be a problem since plutoTV has the same link (ID) for several countries, as in the HISPAM region. I will check if the number of channels is different in each country. Also, the idea is that the repo can filter the channels by countries, even if the ID is the same.
