Use Cloudflare DNS for andreijiroh subdomain

About this patch

I am updating the records for andreijiroh subdomain to use Cloudflare nameservers. Here is my reasoning behind it:

• While I have more than 2 years of domain registration for my primary domain (through @hackclub's Arcade 2024 YSWS program, you can do a WHOIS lookup to confirm), I still want to use andreijiroh.is-a.dev as a backup domain in case everything goes wrong on my side and more of a vanity subdomain in my opinion (its my first name for disambiguation instead of reusing my GitHub username in a nutshell).
• I also need a private zone for my devices/servers/services behind Tailscale under the tailnet.andreijiroh.is-a.dev sub-subdomain. I may also use Cloudflare Tunnel if I need to make something accessible without paying my ISP for a business plan with a static IP address at home.
• For me, I want to utilize octodns to manage Cloudflare DNS records via YAML files, although I occasionally edit records via the web dashboard. This saves time for both of us since instead of spending another hour reviewing DNS zone changes over JSON files, I could focus more on doing my projects while the is-a.dev team is focused on improving the service for everyone.

I also updated my contact details to include my fediverse and Bluesky profiles as additional contact methods alongside Discord and email.

Unless explicitly specified otherwise by a maintainer or in the requirement description, your domain must pass ALL the indicated requirements above.

Please note that we reserve the rights not to accept any domain at our own discretion.

• The file is in the domains folder and is in the JSON format.
• The file's name is all lowercased and alphanumeric.
• You have completed your website.
• The website is reachable.
• The CNAME record doesn't contain https:// or /.
• There is sufficient information at the owner field.

The website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages at https://ajhalili2006.pages.dev, although I may redirect it to my primary domain at andreijiroh.dev.
