Adopt the glossary: Change "Quality goal" to Quality Requirement everywhere in FLEX

The term "quality goal" occurs in numerous places in the curriculum.

It's unclear what that's supposed to mean (both the "goal" part and the "quality goal combination). This should be aligned with the Foundation curriculum. I suspect "quality goal" should simply be replaced by "requirement".

Hm, thanks for raising this, Mike. I'm very sure this term was established and widely used in the curricula several years ago and we simply adopted it.

Are such wording changes mentioned somewhere specifically or is this just a note in the CHANGELOG?

Just the use of the term "quality goal":

• The foundation curriculum uses "requirements" and "constraints". (I believe this has always been the case.)
• Until a about 2 years ago, the foundation curriculum vaguely and used the term "quality requirement" to refer to the-requirements-formerly-known-as-non-functional. After extensive discussion within the iSAQB (including an Open Space session), we changed it to include functionality, and also have specifics in the curriculum on usage of the term in the wild.

I double-checked the foundation curriculum and found under LG-02-02 and in the glossary the reference to "quality requirement" which has most exactly the semantics of what FLEX refers to as "quality goals". Therefore we'll adapt to the CPSA-F/ glossary and change "quality goal" to "quality requirement"

The definition in the glossary is at most very vague, and the curriculum stresses (LG 02-03) that the term depends on context. So this is not enough.
