Stakeholder categories & stakeholder analysis tools (LG 2-5)

I think it would be helpful to give architects an overview of typical stakeholder categories (especially those like legal, operations etc. that tend to be forgotten quite frequently) and to show them at least one method for stakeholder classification / management (e. g. Stakeholder matrix or Stakeholder Map), so that they can conduct a Stakeholder analysis on their own if necessary.

Not sure if it fixes the issue or even fits into a curriculum:

At my workplace we gave each category in the stakeholder matrix a social media inspired name, which helps to differentiate them without having to remember / discuss the dimensions (influence + interest) of the matrix each time.

"Does she influence our decision making or is she more like a fan of our product?"

We have the original matrix in our REQ4ARC book. But I like your social media names.
It's good to have an overview as developer who of the stakeholders is really powerful.

For the curriculum REQ4ARC the more important message is: You, as developers, are also stakeholders.

I like this simplified version a lot! Still I‘m wondering when @herrmannkathrin opened the issue and suggested categories like legal and operations, she likely had an intention of what she wants to achieve with the stakeholder overview e.g. „don’t forget someone who might later on throw sticks and stones and prevent a go-live“.
In short: are there dimensions for stakeholder categorization other than „influence“ and „engagement“ which we should hint at.
