We should be able to comment a block in a PHP file without the documentation elements

Nice plugin but I can't use it in PHP files because of the doc elements prepended to the block. And from what I can read in the code, it's only for PHP files. I don't think it's relevant as this plugin aims to comment a block of code, not adding documentation. What do you think ?

Looking at the source, why not use a templating approach so it could be extensible and left to the user to customize?
