v5.2.1 not in PyPi

I noticed that with the 5.2.1 release, the build for PyPi failed (https://github.com/jazzband/djangorestframework-simplejwt/actions/runs/3050912664). I'm guessing the change I made (#600) required a locale update anyways (sorry 😞). What should the next steps be? Update the locales so 5.2.2 can be released instead?

thanks for the catch! since we never released 5.2.1 on pypi, i usually just delete the GitHub release. It'll still be updated to 5.2.1
