I am planning to work on this issue. My plan: add validation to RtIssue.lock(String reason) that rejects any value outside the documented GitHub lock-reason domain (off-topic, too heated, resolved, spam) by throwing IllegalArgumentException, and add tests in RtIssueTest covering both the accepted set and a representative invalid value.
