Summary
Prettier 2 supports the new syntax of TS 3.8, so it would be great to update. However, they've dropped support for node 8, so we need to play with CI so we don't need
--ignore-enginesas that might hide real bugs. Our own dev deps don't matter though, and we run the linting on node 12Test plan
