`matchlock image rm <tag>` does not find existing tag

Fixed in #20. I am sure at some point this issues were fixed yesterday, but somehow regressed, perhaps change was reverted.

Anyway, I have added regression suite to make sure that it won't be introduced again.

Currently the metadata managements are still file based, therefore is prone to breaking changes especially at early stage of the project. The plan is to migrate over to sqlite based backend.
