Calling the log adapter in Python 2.7 fails

In Python 2.7, the logging adapter fails with the following traceback

  File "/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/logging/__init__.py", line 1462, in error
    self.logger.error(msg, *args, **kwargs)
  File "/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/logging/__init__.py", line 1191, in error
    self._log(ERROR, msg, args, **kwargs)
TypeError: _log() got an unexpected keyword argument 'msgid'

There's a difference in the python source:

2.7: https://hg.python.org/cpython/file/2.7/Lib/logging/__init__.py#l1442

def info(self, msg, *args, **kwargs):
    msg, kwargs = self.process(msg, kwargs)
    self.logger.info(msg, *args, **kwargs)

3.5: https://hg.python.org/cpython/file/3.5/Lib/logging/__init__.py#l1604

def info(self, msg, *args, **kwargs):
    self.log(INFO, msg, *args, **kwargs)

We override the log() function to rewrite the keyword arguments. But in python 2.7, that function never gets called. Moving the rewrite to process() should do the trick.
