Pluralize words

The existing dictionaries/lexicons seem to have poor support for pluralized words (which are words themselves!), so see if we can add this in a post-processing step.

We may be able to use this library: plurals/pluralize.

It appears massive dictionaries like the one currently being used (Scrabble's) covers plurals. However, the dictionary also has some weird words. I'm unsure of which dictionary to use, in order to avoid subjectivity on which words should be considered valid
