Support new ROR schema

There will be a new ROR schema available, probably end of this year. We should evaluate if we need to adjust our ROR mapper accordingly.

While the old API still seems to be fully supported, I switched to V2 (maybe this will be useful in future) and added some fixes to the RorProvider, which are:

• The base url for the ROR API is now 'https://api.ror.org/v2/organizations/'
• 'url' property for the OrganizationEntity is no longer taken from ROR record. Previously, it was a single URL, now it's an array, which is not compliant to the schema.org term definition. Instead, according to the example here, I switched to use the ROR url instead.
• 'name' cannot be taken directly from the ROR record, as it is now also an array containing different representations of the organization's name. I've added a helper function traversing the array and looking for an entry with type 'ror_display'. If one is found, the value is used. If no such entry is found, the value of the first array element is used, if the 'name' attribute is no array (which should not happen in V2), the name attribute itself is used (as in V1)
• Fixed RorProviderTest.testExternalRorProvider() to check expected attributes explicitly instead of comparing the API responses
