[SW-320] Generate projects from cookiecutters directly in the UI #263
So... in order to get more reliable metrics, and to improve visibility of our cookiecutter (or any templating we'll consider), we could parse the cookiecutter template and offer a form where people could just input their data and we'll create a project in GitLab directly, registering it in the zoo and setting up what's necessary.
