Add source annotations to generated code so LSP can go directly to Genotype definition

In an editor, Go to Definition opens the generated types. However, it would be convenient to have the option to navigate to the Genotype type source code either directly from a reference or the generated type.

One option would be to insert a link to doc comments that the editor extension can detect.
