Ignore HTML and CSS files during language calculation

Apparently it's possible to tell GitHub to ignore some files during language calculation. See example here:

We can ignore all HTML and CSS files to not have HTML and CSS as one of our top languages on the main organization page.

Do you think it's a good idea?
