[Bug]: error TS5069: Option 'isolatedDeclarations' cannot be specified without specifying option 'declaration'

Expected behavior

Additional context

Error happens when I set isolatedDeclarations to true in tsconfig.json. Atm declaration is also set to true. But errors message say me that I must set declaration.
