And use `-defaultlib=druntime-ldc` instead of linking druntime manually. This makes LDC link the `dso_windows.obj` object file automatically on Windows with `-link-defaultlib-shared` (skipped with `-defaultlib=`).
Wrt. temporary object files colliding for debug/release tests.

This expands the Posix integration tests wrt. shared libraries to Windows too.
