Add new logLevel called performance

I would like to have a new logLevel, which is between info and error.
So it should output errors and performance data.

You'll have to be a bit more specific than that. What sort of performance data would you actually like to see, for instance?

only how long it took to parse all less just like it's shown in the current info logLevel, but without all those XHR logs.

Okay, you should give very explicit examples of what you see now, and what you'd like to see. Doing so makes the job of the core contributors easier and may encourage external contributors to make a contribution. Just be specific.

I've added a log level that is debug and moved the extraneous log messages there.

In 1.7.0 you will need to define less.logLevel = 2 to get just info.
