Description

• Whether train_COVIDx9A.txt is consistent with the dataset COVIDx CXR-2 (https://www.kaggle.com/andyczhao/covidx-cxr2?select=competition_test)?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Downloads the dataset COVIDx CXR-2 from https://www.kaggle.com/andyczhao/covidx-cxr2?select=competition_test
2. Downloads the labels train_COVIDx9A.txt from https://github.com/lindawangg/COVID-Net/blob/master/labels/train_COVIDx9A.txt

Actual behavior

• Problems: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/chenkai/data/covid-cxr2/train/A926447-01-17-1901-NA-FLAT_PLATE_OF_ABDOMEN_PORTABLE-29035-3.000000-AP-30591-1-1.jpg'

• I try to delete the missing label from the train_COVIDx9A.txt, but the problem is still happening.

Hi @Warrior996 ,

You're correct, the labels are not up-to-date (see PR #227). I need to change a couple of things before merging that PR, but in the meantime you can use the label files from the cxr3 branch of this repository.
