It says there that this update comes with a new library version number so everything using the library needs a rebuild, and not everything using the library can build using the new version. Since those issues weren't dealt with in this PR, we now have breakage: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/73805 (emacs*)

It seems that the ports should be rebuilt with the new version of tree-sitter.
