update luajit to 2.1.1774896198

Would someone be able to double check all the revision bumps are necessary?

kde/cantor has a problem with its build dependencies (soprano) according to build logs which I think is unrelated to this update so I'm excluding it from a revision bump in this changeset

sysutils/sysdig was failing because of using imports for luajit 2.0 (must have been missed in previous updates of luajit). Looks like it's all been fixed upstream so updating to latest version of this port fixed it.

LGTM, but need to fix merge conflicts were caused by another PR with updated Neovim

Interesting that sysbench is now failing (having previously passed)
