Drop patch-futimens.diff and patch-mactypes.diff, both now merged upstream. Add patch-configure-metal-link.diff: the Metal framework detection link test in configure.ac did not pass -framework Metal to the linker, causing the test to always fail and C_METAL to go undefined.
