neat, what does this look like rendered? Is there some way to get github's markdown renderer to draw it for us? I'd like to see the image and check the logic before merging |

In the "main" repo, the CI includes branch builds from ReadTheDocs (that ends up producing a link the PR, like this one magic-wormhole/magic-wormhole#684 ) (Maybe that's a reason to put this there, ultimately? For example, extending this diagram: https://magic-wormhole.readthedocs.io/en/latest/server-protocol.html#diagram-of-normal-interaction ) I don't think we render these documents into ReadTheDocs currently, though. I've attached a render of this here.
