Description of work:
Added a step to delete old nightly builds and only keep the most recent 5.
To test:
Code review only.
I have set the package removal step to dry run for now. Once the updated workflow is merged, the output will hopefully tell us whether this new step works as expected. Then I can open another PR to set dry run to false. I'm using this complicated process as it is difficult to test the new step properly otherwise.
