Improve User Feedback on Upload Dialog on existing Model

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I uploaded a model yesterday where I fucked up tolerances, leaving the model unable to be assembled. Today, I wanted to upload new parts to fix the model and used the Upload Files Dialog. The upload succeeded without any information whether files were overwritten or not.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Upload dialog should notify the user that uploading the files will overwrite existing files. Additionally, File Cards should have a last modified timestamp, making it possible to see at first glance which files were updated.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None, this is a feature request.

I'm using latest or very-close-to-latest version, as I frequently update my installation.

I think there's already a ticket open for the fact that uploading the same file again will not overwrite the existing one - timestamp is also a good idea. I'm hoping to add versioning over the next few months too.

oh good to know I assumed I would overwrite it when uploading same-named files. In this case definitely some feedback is required, as there is no usecase I could think of where silently NOT uploading files because of a name-conflict is the expected outcome :D
