The UI test sometimes seem to be flaky as it can bee seen here: https://builds-artifacts.matomo.org/matomo-org/matomo/permcheck/22491614731/SegmentSelectorEditorTest_add_new_and_condition.png
Ensuring that the mouse is moved away should solve this.
