Annoyingly, chromedp doesn't maintain a changelog or have useful release notes, but anyway, 0.13.6 is the most recent version. It fixes an issue I was having where there was a lot of (apparently harmless) console spew about `could not unmarshal event: parse error: expected string near offset 918 of 'cookiePart...'`.
