[Bug]: JS-SDK does not expose functions for add/remove promotions

What happended?

The javascript sdk does not expose functions to add and remove promotion codes to an active cart, even though the store-api has these URLs defined.

Expected behavior

I should be able to call sdk.store.cart.addPromotions and .removePromotions as semantic endpoints changing only those fields.

Actual behavior

i have to use sdk.client.fetch('/store/...')

OR
possibly try to fit it in via the full cart update function, but that makes deletion of a promotion code way harder.
