ThermoPro TP211B

I have a pool thermometer from ThermoPro which says it uses 915 MHz., model TP211B.

Updated to most recent rtl_433 but it doesn't seem to find that device, though I know it is transmitting to the standalone readout.

Is there a config setup for rtl_433 that enables it to scan for unknown devices?

It's best to scan in some SDR GUI to visually confirm the signal. Then note the frequency and set the rtl_433 center frequency a little offset to that. https://triq.org/rtl_433/ANALYZE.html#verify-a-transmission

Thanks, I've tried that but am a bit lost. The manufacturer says the device uses FSK 915

The (north american) ISM band is 902 MHz to 928 MHz, maybe step through that. Some sensors will transmit more often just after a battery reset, which might help.

It needs to be a .zip so compress the .cu8 before uploading.
