Add opt-in MA0134.report_discarded support so discarded awaitables (_ = ...) can be reported in non-async contexts, including conditional access and constructor fire-and-forget patterns. MA0134 currently ignores discarded awaitables (
_ = SomeAsyncCall()), so fire-and-forget patterns in non-async code are not reported. This change adds an opt-in mode to flag those calls while preserving existing behavior by default.What changed
