Description of the new feature / enhancement

Scenario when this would be used?

I attached on gif image where you can see how useful this feature is, especially for big monitors, you don't need to move the mouse pointer because the thumbnail is immediately displayed next to the cursor when attempting to move any window.

Supporting information

I have a 49 inches ASUS monitor that provides a tool called "ASUS DisplayWidget". This is the tool I showed in the gif image but this tool doesn't have any technical support and has a lot of bugs. In the gif, you can see a thumbnail with my ASUS monitor divided into 3 parts and below it, the screen of my laptop.

I'm sure you can do a better job.

If this is the feature that will be developed, then I'd like to request that the we should be able to trigger the zone mini preview using a keyboard shortcut that then lets the user either click the zone with a keyboard shortcut or using their mouse. #28887 has a more detailed example of what I mean. It makes window management a lot faster.
