Steps to reproduce

1. Open shortcut guide
2. Go to the Windows shortcuts
3. scroll down to Open search

✔️ Expected Behavior

Open Search should only have 1 entry for Copilot+PCs: Win+s and not Win+q because Win+q would open Click to Do

❌ Actual Behavior

2 entries show up as "Open Search"
