[yarn-plugin-ado-atuh] Release Artifacts Missing #130

The install instructions for yarn-plugin-ado-auth are pointing to the artifacts releases from this repo, however it looks like they are gone. Unsure if this was never finished or someone deleted the releases
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@microsoft/yarn-plugin-ado-auth/v/0.2.2
- Follow install instructions
Expected behavior
It should install
