Description of the new feature/enhancement
'+' button at the second-last place in tab row is quite redundant and can be removed. It just duplicates default profile, which can be also accessed from arrow-down menu. Whenever I go to open a new tab, I have particular profile in mind, and it tends to be non-default one (which, typically, would be already running in the window)
