An error occurs when executing the "Deploy to Container App with Copilot..." command if the "GitHub Copilot Chat" extension is not installed

Repro Steps:

1. Just install Azure Container Apps extension in VS Code.
2. Right click a container app and select "Deploy to Container App with Copilot..." action.
3. Check whether a "Summary" view displays or not.

Expect:
A “Summary” view displays.

Actual:
An error occurs.

This issue does not reproduce after installing "GitHub Copilot Chat" extension.

Thank you for reporting this. We are currently in process of switching to use the Github Copilot SDK so this should no longer be a problem once that is release. I'll keep this open but this should fix it once it's merged:
