Activity Log shows "Toggle" instead of "Switch/Change" for ingress visibility action

Repro Steps:

1. Right click Ingress node and execute "Switch Ingress Visibility..." action.
2. Check whether the Azure activity log is "Switch/Change ingress visibility to..." or not.

Expect:
The Azure activity log is "Switch/Change ingress visibility to...".

Actual:
The Azure activity log is "Toggle ingress visibility to...".

This issue has been fixed on extension build 20251030.4.
