An error occurs after deleting two function apps successively

Repro Steps:

1. Delete a function app -> Immediately delete another function app.
2. Check whether no error occurs.

Expect:
No error occurs.

Actual:
An error occurs.

We were not able to reproduce this one; will close this as won't fix unless we get customer requests to fix this

Actually, I was able to repro this when I started deleting a lot of apps at once
