[Suggestion] It would be better to remove punctuation at the end of visibility button tooltip for application setting

Repro Steps:

1. Expand one function app -> Expand "Application Settings" node.
2. Hover the mouse over visibility button for one application setting.
3. Check the visibility button tooltip for application setting.

Actual:
The visibility button tooltip is "Toggle App Setting Visibility.".

Suggestion:
It would be better to remove punctuation at the end of visibility button tooltip for application setting.
