Fail to create a C# containerized project

Build Version: 20250401.1

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new C# containerized project with HttpTrigger template selected.
2. Check whether succeeds to create the containerized project or not.

Expect:
Succeed to create the containerized project.

Actual:
Fail to create the containerized project.

This issue does not reproduce on current released extension v1.20.3.
