Repro Steps:

1. F1 -> Azure Storage: Browse Static Website -> Select a subscription.
2. Check whether resources are sorted alphabetically in the list.

Expect:
Resources are sorted alphabetically in the list.

Actual:
Resources are not sorted alphabetically in the list.
