Cannot select multiple files and folders at once for an attached storage account

Repro Steps:

1. Expand an attached storage account -> Create a blob -> Upload some files and folders to it.
2. Check whether select multiple files and folders at once.

Expect:
Select multiple files and folders at once.

Actual:
Cannot select multiple files and folders at once.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces for the file share.
2. This issue also reproduces for the Local Emulator.
3. This issue doesn't reproduce for a normal storage account.

Multi-select probably is not enabled on the new workspace view. This can wait until after //Build.
