This pull request introduces a new public API feature to reveal a resource in the Workspace tree view. Similar to
revealAzureResourcethis allows revealing items inside the Workspaces tree view.Key changes include:

api/src/resources/resourcesApi.ts: Added a new methodrevealWorkspaceResourceto theResourcesApiinterface to reveal a resource in the Workspace tree view.src/commands/revealResource.ts: Implemented therevealWorkspaceResourcefunction to handle the logic for revealing a resource in the Workspace tree view.Integration:
src/api/createAzureResourcesHostApi.ts: Imported the newrevealWorkspaceResourcefunction and added it to theAzureResourcesHostApiimplementation. [1] [2]src/api/createWrappedAzureResourcesExtensionApi.ts: Wrapped the newrevealWorkspaceResourcefunction in telemetry for the extension API.This is a requirement for microsoft/vscode-cosmosdb#2635 (specifically microsoft/vscode-cosmosdb@a282222#diff-e658a4603f6f310947489252c2deea4645903dc5b8fcf18c7f1ccc94ab9a21f8R216-R221)
